  • Items are returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items are not marked as final sale (eg, clearance items, intimate apparel or something similar).

How to Initiate a Return

    • Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions:

    • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your items back.
  3. Prepare Your Return:

    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
    • Include the return authorization inside the package.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $200 . Neffra cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 20 days .

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
