Terms & Conditions

These are the terms under which we supply products to our customers. Please read these terms carefully before ordering from Neffra, as they contain important information about shopping with us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. The terms in effect at the time you place your order will govern that order.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

1.3 How we may contact you. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address you provided with your most recent order or the email address you use to communicate with us via our communication channels.

2. How to place an order

2.1 How to order. Orders can be placed on our website. After adding items to your cart, proceed through the checkout process by entering your contact, shipping, and billing information. Please confirm all details before completing your order.
2.2 Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept by confirming shipment. This creates a contract between you and us.
2.3 Order restrictions. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order with us.

3. Our right to cancel an order

3.1 If we cannot fulfill your order. We may cancel your order if the item is out of stock, there is an issue with billing, or we cannot deliver to your location. You will be notified by email and not charged for unavailable items.
3.2 Suspicious activity. We may cancel orders suspected of being used for resale or commercial purposes. Please contact us if you believe this is a mistake.
3.3 Product supply suspension. We reserve the right to suspend the supply of a product in case of technical issues, updates, or improvements.

4. Our products

4.1 Product offerings. We offer a variety of high-quality products.
4.2 Product images. Images are illustrative; actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device display.
4.3 Gift cards. Our digital gift cards are subject to the following terms:

• Cannot be purchased with another gift card.

• Limited to a daily limit of 2,000 BGN per customer.

• Have no expiration date and no inactivity fee.

• Must be redeemed with the code provided with each gift card at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

5.1 Where we deliver.

All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.2 Delivery risk and ownership. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Ownership passes to you once payment is received.
5.3 Shipping costs. Detailed information about shipping costs is available on the Shipping Information Page.
5.4 Delivery times. Delivery time varies depending on the selected delivery method and country, and may take longer during holidays, promotions, sales, etc.
5.5 Delays beyond our control. If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you as soon as possible. For significant delays, you may cancel your order and receive a refund.
5.6 If you are unavailable. If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier will inform you how to arrange a new delivery attempt.

6. Your rights

6.1 Faulty or misrepresented products. If an item is faulty or significantly misrepresented, you are entitled to a replacement or refund provided the product is returned within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise stated on our website).
6.2 Contract termination for specific reasons. You may terminate the contract and receive a full refund if:

• You do not agree with changes to the product or terms.

• There is a significant pricing or description error.

• Delivery is significantly delayed.

• The product is suspended from delivery for technical reasons for more than four weeks.

6.3 Right of withdrawal. Neffra allows you to change your mind within 30 days of purchase. Return costs apply, and some items are non-returnable (non-returnable items are listed on our website), including products missing components upon return.
6.4 Contract cancellation before delivery. If you wish to cancel before shipping, contact us immediately.

7. Returns and refunds

7.1 How to cancel the contract. Contact us via our Contact Form Page and include your name, shipping address, order number, and email.
7.2 Returning products. For returns, follow the instructions on the Returns Policy Page. on our website. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
7.3 Refunds. We will refund the amount via the original payment method within 20 days after receiving the returned items.

8. Our right to terminate the contract

8.1 If you breach the contract. We may terminate the contract if you fail to provide necessary information or allow delivery within a reasonable time. Refunds apply to any items that were supplied.

9. Price and payment

9.1 Pricing information. Prices do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
9.2 Price changes. Prices may change on our website, but your order price remains fixed at the time of purchase.
9.3 Pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error is found, we reserve the right to cancel the order, issue a refund, and request the return of delivered items.
9.4 Accepted payment methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
9.5 Currency and payment. For your convenience, our store allows viewing prices in multiple currencies (BGN, EUR, and USD). However, all transactions are processed in BGN at checkout. Therefore, the final payment amount will be displayed and charged in BGN, regardless of the currency you selected while browsing. Exchange rates may fluctuate, and your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees or conversion commissions. We recommend consulting your financial institution for information on any such fees.

10. Discount codes

10.1 Discounts. From time to time, we offer discount codes subject to specific terms provided during the offer. Generally:

• Codes are valid for a limited time only on full-price items.

• One code per order cannot be combined with other offers.

11. Liability for loss or damage

11.1 Liability. We are liable for foreseeable losses caused by us, but not for unforeseeable or indirect losses.
11.2 Maximum liability. Our liability to you is limited to 50 BGN.
11.3 Exceptions. We do not limit liability for injury, fraud, or other cases where limitation is illegal.

12. Use of personal information

12.1 Privacy policy. We will use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy Page.

13. Other important terms

13.1 We may transfer this contract to another. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will contact you if we plan to do so. If you are not satisfied with the transfer, you may contact us to cancel the contract within seven days of notice and we will refund any prepaid amounts for products not supplied.
13.2 You need our consent to transfer your rights to another. You may transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person only if we agree in writing.
13.3 No one else has rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No one else has the right to enforce its terms.
13.4 We can change these terms at any time. We may change these terms to reflect changes in law or for other reasons. The most current version will always be shown on our website and/or app, so please check these terms before placing an order to ensure you are aware of any changes since your last visit.
13.5 If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest remains in force. Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If any part is found illegal by a court or competent authority, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
13.6 Even if we delay enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do something required under these terms, or if we delay taking steps against you for breaking this contract, that does not mean you are released from your obligations and will not prevent us from taking action against you later.
13.7 Which laws apply and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

14. Class action waiver

14.1 Individual claims only. You and Neffra agree to resolve disputes, claims, or controversies on an individual basis. Claims made under these Terms and Conditions related to Neffra must be filed individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
14.2 Applicability to affiliates. This provision applies to all claims you bring against Neffra’s affiliates if they arise from your access to or use of the store or the provision of content, services, and/or technology in or through the store.
